Notes

Still Waiting

We are still waiting on the backorder of the sliding screen door. Hopefully, The door will be in soon, and then we can get everything squared away as soon as it is in.

Certificate of Occupancy Recieved

As of last week Thursday, the inspector gave us the all is good to move into the home! Everything passed, and he passed along his sentiments of the house being very nice, but the only thing that he didn’t like was the fire foam; otherwise, he really liked the house and the home turned out beautifully!

There are a few items left on the house that need to be completed and we will schedule when it is time to be out there again!

Update 10/13

The goal is to have the home finished by the end of October. Will have Mark get completed by early next week. Final fit’n’finish to start early next week. Will have Thornton install faucets and complete the plumbing; hopefully, it will be done by the weekend. Adam to talk with Susan about the flex duct and crawlspace to get to the storage area. Lakeland will finish up misc items (rear siding, deck steps, and miratec) next week. Bobby will go next week to complete the Monday app list. Kenny/Adam to supervise Lakeland and Bobby to get items completed. Kenny or Adam will get the correct 4″ sewer cap and take it out to replace the duct tape that is currently there. Sarah is to purchase from Menards. James Heating Cooling and More were out this week handling the A/C and gas line (finished last night and sent a pic to Kenny).

Updates

The house set went very successfully! It was a two-day setting, but it went great, and the house is looking amazing. The next steps are crucial and will begin the next phase in the home-building process.

We have started working on the basement studding and the walls! The garage and porch will be finished very soon as well.

Electric meetings have happened, and the electric meter box will be installed as soon as the south wall f the garage is built.
